.. it`s from the RD07, which in my knoledge is the same as the RD04.
I think I have more than a thousand AT-pics on my harddisk, so I can continue for a while, if there is interest...
gimme gimme gimme!
My farkling addiction started gently.............
Then got completely out of hand...............
What is the fork on this rebuild? WP or some kind of Showa (sticker on front fender)
Would be something....
That drawing about a future XRV 1000 was published at Motorrad Magazine about 15 or so years ago...
It could be two left mx-showa's,with an adaptor for the right calliper, that's the same as what Boano does with the 50mm marzochi's
End of the road in late afternoon. Need to see why camera phone creates such fuzzy images.
this is a varadero with @ colors... nice but just to heavy
RD 03 will stay in my garage for good. The best of all Africas.
@ Aikidimi: If you like varadero's in Africa-twin trim, this is one a friend builded about 8 - 9 years ago.
No... i defently like the XRV. Having both those bikes i would say the XRV is better in almost all situations. (except 2 up with lots of lagage) I joust thought the Varadero with spoked wheels, was a much nicer option than the original one.
Thanks for the "AfrivaDero" pic. Would be nice though to see the work your friend did to make this bike. Does he have a webpage or some report on rebuilding this bike?
chek those out...
and this one!
ore maybe this one?
or maybe this one....
@aikidimi, I'll ask for buildpics when I see the guy.
Another nice one
