Mine is noticeably quieter with them in, especially on downshifts and under hard acceleration.

I bought the bike with the akra already installed and it did not have db killers. It was a fun novelty at first, especially around town, but for highway riding at length, it was annoyingly noisy.

I had to order the db killers from overseas, as akra did not stock them in the us. But it was an instant upgrade to tame the noise a bit and worth the wait.

With db killers installed, I feel that the noise level is about halfway between a stock muffler and a db killer-less akra.

    Dear guys.

If you are talking about the Akra slip on for the BMW gs WC, the 2 rings is not a Db killers, also you can not remove it easy.

No. but they look like little silver slices of pipe. Pretty simple.

I have 1 in and 1 out. I like it like that not too loud with ear plugs! Wouldn't risk it in Switzerland or Austria though
