Way to go Yankee Dog! Glad to see a little cold weather isn't stopping you. Where to next?
OK, the next item on the list is this great old covered bridge.
This bridge is twelve feet wide and 250 feet long over Crooked Creek. It is one of the longest bridges in the old S9uth. Originally built in 1904, repaired in 1923 and restored in 1976. The bridge is listed on the National Register of Historical Places. An old mill with waterwheel is located in the adjacent picnic area.
Now get out there and get it.
Hey Yankee Dog, nice pick for a new tag. I had this on my list of new tag locations. I just need the time to go and get one of these tags. I feel certain someone will get this one today. Too nice outside!!!
Nice ride this afternoon. Tag!
Another good one Yankee Dog.
Never stopped here before. Kinda' nice place. Anybody ever go to the museum near here?
I have no idea where that is.
that is Houston's Hey, there's a phone number
I don't think the phone number gives the address, tracking the number I think that's the guy trying to rent the place, maybe the same city as the number
thats a good one. Just down the road and I have tomorrow off.
no dawn raid this time but you will have to get up early to beat me. Your only saving grace is this damn dialup we have out here. It will take me two and a half hours to get it all uploaded.
I think I've seen that one before...maybe in Cullman?
I know that location.
I was going to use that spot as a tag.
That place has been around for years. Was a grocery store when I first saw it. Dont have the slightest what Houtson's is/was. The propelers turn when it is running right.
and for your next destination I present the rock zoo.
I do know where that is, and if I hadn't had my wisdom teeth removed 4 hours ago I'd go get it.
oh come on. just leave your face shield cracked open. its getting cold enough that after a few miles you wont feel it anyway.
I know where that is, and I am not going to be able to get there until this upcoming weekend....
Hope everybody is enjoying the day.
I know where it is also but not sure that I can get up there before this weekend.
I know where that is too. I can't believe so many folks know this location.
