Sorry 'bout that...had a phone call (@work) in the middle of that post and didn't submit it for several minutes.

Unfortunately for me I'm unable to make the next three full mooners due to a schedule conflict.

Once those 640s start frying CDI's, they are pretty much toast... I'll take it off your hands for $500. :deal

I want in on one of these full-moon rides. If nothing else, I need the motivation to fix my headlight.

i need to find someone with a model years 2000 - 2002 and plug my new cdi on that bike just to confirm that the new cdi is dead. i don't want to borrow someone else's cdi and fry it. a hefty price to pay.

:ear anyone with a 640 from those years? tia.

I think we took all of the gas out of the tank and gave it to everyone else on the ride that day.

Don't know about the others, but the full moon ride I went on, you couldn't see your hand in front of your face. Seems the moon wasn't directly overhead at the few stops we made along Lynx. It was quite an experience though.

Done about six of these, and I don't care about seeing my hand in front of my face, only that my hand with the beer in it knows where my mouth is.:freaky :lol3

as far as SEEING the moon or riding by moonlight, keep in mind, there are a few things that we have to take into consideration.....
1)the moon is at different angles at different times of the year.
2)the moon rises and falls at different rates on different nights
3)some of the mountain trails we ride have a shadow of the moon
    4)Rob pulled up his pants:evil

mark your calendars, it's only 9 days away ! ! !:deal
