Have a 90 GS/PD, the white/red one. It looks like the previous owner re-did some of the white-specifically, the white on the side panels where, unfortunately the paint is begining to lift/peel though the color match was good. My question is this- Has anyone repainted these things just using a rattle can? (my normal cheapo method:lol3 ) If so, do I need to sand to plastic, seal it with something. Do I need a specific type of paint?? :ear

    I have.
I wet sanded mine and then primered it with Krylon Grey Primer and repainted it with the same White'ish Krylon. It's not a perfect match but it works for me.
    Cheers,

    Krylon works great on plastic.
