I was looking at my beefy skid plate on the 990 and it looks like I have plenty of room to have a tool box fabed just behind the front wheel. Does anyone know of someone that can do this locally and is of good quality? Thanks!

I'm think a box right behind the front wheel...Many of the Dakar bikes run them and there was someone out of Australia making the plates with the box for the 640, but they were VERY expensive. Trying to keep any additional weight as low as I can. Doing all I can not to add little things here and there and before you know it I have a BMW GS. (Now I'm just kidding you BMW guys)
