I went to the registration page and it looks like it' 50 if I register but a extra 15 if I pay at the door? Is that correct?

    So.... $65.00 if I DON'T preregister.

$65.00 USD converts to very close to $90.00 CAD. That's a lot of coin for a rally.

    90 bucks.

BYOB doesn't have a registration fee. Or even registration.

But to be fair, that fee does include three nights of camping, as well as some other stuff.

Wow the 2014 list was huge. We had like 11 people last year... So people just didn't like coming to BFE WV? Or did new rallies popping up start to steal the thunder? Stolen Pig was originally a BYOB right?

I'd have been there, except the wife was pregnant and decided that being at the beach was better than being at a motorcycle rally with no motorcycle.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm drawing a blank to be honest. What about just a campground with cabins, around say deals gap area or Asheville? There seems to be plenty to choose from down that way.

Or Willville? Seems like kind of a quiet area compared to the BYOB's I've been to though, depending on how many show up it might not work out very well.

There are some options around natural bridge Virginia. I dunno how much vacation time I'll have so I don't know if I'd for sure be able to make it but anything around Lynchburg or further south toward meadows of Dan where the girls rally is works for me. I'm happy to go back to green bank I would just camp this time and skip the bloody motel pillows. I'm +1 on he marlinton. We could also go a bit further north to Seneca rocks...

Finding a place that suits everyone is tough... if it's as small as last year the owners of https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1462135 maybe would consider it? He has plenty of room for tents and the cabin and guest bunk house is very nice and well equipped.

    Works for me.

I hate to be the one planning then end up not being able to make it, perhaps someone else would pick a weekend and make the call? It’s hard to plan this far out for me.

Weekend of June 16th or 30th looks the best for me, but don’t plan anything on that.

I don't know him nor can I commit to coming either but I have no prob being "that guy" that helps coordinate and doesn't show

Maybe @HappyRiding wants to lend a hand since I think she organized the ladies thing there last year?

My June calendar is pretty much filled already. The thing about Willville is you'd be sharing it with travelers that want to get some sleep so they can leave early. There is a quiet time starting at 10 pm. There was a BYOB there years ago and I am lucky that Will welcomes the Girls' Gathering. It's not a good place if you want to stay up all night and party. Campground is bikes only with limited trailer parking near the road. So you might want to talk to Will first.

I was kind of thinking that willville would be a bit too laid back for the BYOB crowd.

What about that place in PA a few years ago? Is it still open?
