I am starting a new post that I originally posted up in Road Warriors.

A few years ago a buddy sent me a photo of a 2008 Benelli Tornado Naked Tre 1130 Sport Evo and I was instantly drawn to it. The MF'r Loves triples and he loves naked bikes. And this model really floats my boat.

Recently I happened to have stumbled across this one on Cycle Trader and I am very interested in it. Problem with me and used bikes is I always pick the Demon Child Loser Charlie Brown bike. I just cannot throw caution to the wind and buy this bike--sight unseen--and have it shipped from Barrington, IL to Central Florida. And flying up for a Fly and Ride is not in the cards.

So this is where I will ask a major favor of any Inmate that just may live near to Cycle Werks in Barrington. If you would be willing to go and test ride the bike to get a feel if it has any issues and provide me your honest feedback I would gladly donate a finders fee to your 2017 Christmas shopping fund if I end up buying the bike. I know, I know, trusting a fellow inmate has inherent risks beyond that of just buying the bike and basically burning $7000 cash. But I want to see if this crazy notion of mine just might work. So, please, help a brother out!!

Many many MANY thanks from the MF'r in Cape Canaveral!!!

I live about 3 hours away so I don’t make it that way often. If no one else is available I’ll see what I can do. For whatever it’s worth I just bought a bike from cycle Werks (new) basically over the phone. I have tried to buy from dealers like this before and once I get there they try to hike the price or add fees because I’m away from home and they think they can. I had non of this from cycle Werks. They were very upfront and fair. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

I'm a little closer than Stan but Stan knows more about bikes than I do. Let me know if I can help.

Got an Inmate swinging by tomorrow early afternoon. Cycle Werks is ready and the timing is excellent because snow is in the forecast tomorrow night and once the roads get salted and they do not prefer to let the bikes out for test rides until the roads are cleaned up in spring.

I feel bad for you Northerners:(

I'll be breaking out my heated gear this weekend down here. It will be in the 40's/50's!!!! For a couple of hours!!!!
