It's been a few years since I've done this so I don't recall just how far off they were. The dimension that seems to be off and hardest to rectify is parallel. I measured at the lower tree between the two tubes and then at the bottom. They weren't off by much - but the object was to be perfectly parallel and they weren't. I think the difference might have been an eighth or sixteenth of an inch. It wasn't anything to keep the forks from working; just not like they're supposed to.
