Best you don't put oil in the clutch master cylinder.

What did you buy, and from whom?

Thoroughly enjoyed the ride today - some new tracks that I didn't know existed. For the first half - almost no dust.

Enjoyed all the woops with the new fork springs up front of the 990 :D

Suggested a night-ride again once the dust is damped down a bit more - let us know if you are interested :ear

Otherwise I'll be in York next week for the bike festival - may see some of you there.

    Cheers

    Konrad

Konrad - who did your front suspension and what setup are you using? My 990 sucked in the whoops. Do you have a big tank or are you running the original?

I ordered some 0.64 springs from SPS and had Russel from Dynotime in Wangara install them, revalve the forks to suit and freshen up the shocky at the same time - money well spent (should have done it years ago).

    Standard tank, I weigh 74kg's.

SuperPlush Suspension will provide you valuable input.

    Cheers

Thanks Konrad - I have at least +35 kgs on you and generally run the big tank.
I have gold valves + upgraded springs. I'll have a chat to SuperPlush.

Koos... I'm not that technical when it comes to computers :huh. No problem showing the footage - I tried but get stopped in my tracks by the site? I'm on a Mac too which probably don't help.

    Total rider error as well...

Not sure if I could find that hill again. Been riding up in that area for a few years and never been down there.

Those roads that Waitsey took us down were all new to me as well.

Two weekends ago Rob and I had a pleasant ride out from Mundaring to West Dale to visit a friend who's just bought a block of land out there. On our final approach Glenda whipped out her big Canon and snapped these pics:

And yes - no ride with Rob is without an element of adventure. On the return leg we got separated, so I just followed my GPS home whilst Rob stumbled across a pig shooter, had a can of VB with him, and then followed him out to the main road. Thank goodness for that - otherwise he'd probably still be out in the bush somewhere :freaky
