I believe it too. Being from North Dakota I can vouch for the fact that MANY Dakotans are VERY religious. I mean freaky-deaky scary-crazy religious. North Dakota is the Mississippi of the north.

Well hallelujah, I got a shipping notification! Thank you GOD!
I will let you know if they deserve to be forgiven for their sins when and if I get the package.

Best of luck, really. I got a 'shipping notification'...2 months later my credit card company got involved and fortunately I got my money back.

Hopefully you get what you ordered and not a box of old underwear.

Ordered throttle cable from them on Feb 22nd..Was told was on back order. Called three weeks later and told would have it in 10 days and then shipped to me. Canceled order yesterday after two months and called KTM World this morning. They will have it at my front door a week from today. I report and you decide how good KTM Hutt is..

I have received the proper oil! I got it without sending back the original oil. They gave me an RA and I promised I would send it back. Should I? :)

I was kidding and also trolling for comments, this company has crossed quite a few people. They have made me happy, I feel they deserve a chance.

They have had a hell of a lot of chances, and screwed a lot of people.
I used to buy from them too, back when they had different owners and I didn't have a good local shop.

You got lucky in your transaction, it's also your money and you can spend it where you like.
If you are going to spend it at Cycle Hutt I wish you luck.

Well, I placed an order for a batch of parts on Sunday from KTM-Parts.com (Not KTM Cycle Hutt). The parts arrived yesterday! That's fast! I can't recommend KTM-Parts.com enough!

PS As with any of these KTM online parts stores the key is to make sure ALL parts are in stock BEFORE placing the order. If any one of the parts are not in stock the whole order will be placed on hold until the backordered parts arrive from Austria. I usually call and rattle off the part numbers to the guy to check and make sure they're all in stock. Then, once stock is confirmed verbally over the phone, I place the order online. Bam! Parts in less than a week.:clap

Go ahead and see if their website is up. :bluduh

Or try to give them a call. :bluduh

At least it was only $100. I've called up my credit card...

Wish I would have seen this thread, oh, about a month and a half ago.

several months after credit card charged, they finally told me to just call the credit card company and request that the transaction be cancelled. wtf.

they could not even refund my money without going through the cc company. what a barrel full of shit they are.

I would not use them again (or try to use them) if the parts were free.

    you have been warned.

I needed one of the bolts and gramit that holds the windscreen on my 990, total for said parts $5.25, not to bad. Shipping for said parts, wait for it, $13.95? WTF? SO I send an email and ask about another shipping option, like put them in an envelope and mail them to me? I was told they have very good ups rates and don't make any money on shipping! I live in the same state they are shipping from. I just shipped a stator that weighed a lot more then the bolt for less then half the price. O' well I will take my businesses else where... rant over!

I can't believe anyone would still give them money.
How would you go about getting threads like this one and the one on KTMTalk to show up in a Google search for them.

So they quit getting the opportunity to screw people.

Called a small KTM shop in Ramona, ca (the place I picked up my 990 from, that I bought from a private seller, they had it on consignment) Super nice guys that answered all of my questions and went over the bikes history with me. They didn't make any money on the deal and gave me a card and said to call if I had any problems or questions on my 1k ride back home. Anyway same price for the bolts I needed and 3 dollars in shipping. If you need anything give them a call All American KTM Polaris 760-788-7733. Can't say enough good about these guys..
