My fuel pump went today :eek1...haven't only had the bike 3 weeks (2004 9fidyS) :huh, go figure 21,000 miles :rofl
Oh well, luckily I wasn't far from home... I'm working out the kinks before it's maiden off road trip :D

Was just hoping I might be able to score a temporary used one and not have to buy a new one right away....
I'm sticking with stock:wink: don't feel like dealing with putting one of the aftermarket options in, I like the plug and play of stock...

    Thanks!

Is the S also a carb bike? My 05.5 950 fuel pump went "bad" a few weeks after I bought it last year, I bought the fuel pump points from an aftermarket vendor, replaced them and it's been great ever since! Around 25 bucks and an hour or so in the garage, a LOT better then buying a new or aftermarket pump....

    :D

I would take this opportunity to instal a Dr. Bean kit in the stock pump and never look back.
