Anyone modify the stock seat on their 990R

    I really like the look of the stock seat, but its a bit hard and I wouldn't mind taking some foam out/ replacing it to lower it.

    Any one attempt this?

    Not many people are happy with the stock seats, so yes people have had them modded. If you want to keep the stock cover, just tell your upholsterer to re-use that one...

    Cutting the hump down on my '06 worked for me . . . Allowed me to slide back more etc . . .

    I just did some ugly work, though it somehow turned out to be an Smurfs vagina. Now the "haven´t ridden it yet" would sound misplaced but that is the truth.
