I smoke 1 or 2 turkey breasts a month, to slice for lunchmeat for the kids take to school lunches.

but otherwise, I really dont care for turkey at all.

Ill always try a piece, then eat more ham.. haha
smoked, roasted, fried, whatever, Turkey just is about as un appealing to me as food gets.

I think Ill make some pork based taco soup tonight, I like this cool weather, I can keep a pot of soup cooking for hours, and it keeps the kitchen warm.

I've had a large pot of pinto beans cooking since noon.:clap
I figured that was the best use for that big ham-bone that was left from Thanksgiving.

Baking a Mexican casserole that was in the freezer to go with 'em.

Yeah guys thanks, I am feeling better. Magoo and I went to my H.I. house yesterday and cleaned out all the crap the tenant left behind and that was my first venture into the great outdoors since I got sick.

The bug I had sure as heck takes you to la la land. Yeah, I know it's a short trip to la la land for me anyway.

I had to trek to Walmart (a whole 1/2 mile) and boy was it nasty outside. My car said the outside temp was 41 when I went in and 39 when I came out 20 minutes later. With the wind it feels colder.
