that is awesome, but I have to ask, does the bike only have one low gear?
Headed to Crested Butte week from Sat for our annual ski trip! Love that place.
We always do the guided boat fishing on the White River. I can get you the name of the outfit we use. I think all day for two people was around $280 all inclusive including lunch.
I've crashed a bunch too!
Mornin' Doc. Get all caught up on yer rest?
I have a pair of size 12 boots they seem to be a little small I normally wear size 11.5 these seem tight. Free to who ever wants them.
Stuckin was the guy that needed that size Redburn
cant beat THAT deal!
Doc seems offline. I'm sure he'll want them to replace those duct taped wonders. They should be his size!
Hey Mouth, maybe stuckin and doc could "rastle" for them. They'd both "win"
Ive spent very little time on that area of the white, at the white buffalo which is a bit down stream I think.
The main memory I took away was dodging the rocks that I thought were gonna impact the lower unit, but were likely 20 feet deep, that deep clear water really screwed with me!
well I thought abuot them maybe fitting Doc too, but he already has some boots, and I figure Stuckin needs them more.
not to mention it sounds like he already rides more than Doc.
speaking of fishing..
My dream trip, take a few canoes, or flatbottoms.
down the last section of the Buffalo.
the small mouth fishing ( at least 20 years ago) was great, huge fish!
and there are no services for miles and miles, so you are on your own, from say Rush to the white river confluence, and the nearest take out is upstream.. so you have to time your arrival witht eh generation schedule, or have outboard!
and its all through national forest.
I figure it would be 2, maybe 3 days of river bank camping, and fishing.
the biggest problem would be figuring out how to pack enough beer and ice.
Well that and dragging the canoes through all the areas where there's no water. :eek1
you have to go when there is water dorkus!
its like the upper section of the Kings, its incredible, but you have to find the proper season, and the proper water flow.
cant just decide to go and take off... its not always a doable thing, which to me makes it more "speshul"
Kinda like you Albie.
I've got a 17' canoe, which will hold all the camping supplies for a week on the river. May have to drink beer European style (room temp) though. Can't keep ice too long out there.
If you stick close to the bank you can paddle from the mouth of the Buffalo to Buffalo City fairly easy. If a river boat is preferred I can get my hands on one to use.
sounds like we have a captain!
You gotta go in the springtime. That's about the only time you can guaranty that there will be water in the Buffalo.
Sweet! You can be my first "mate"
I just just my calender, im booked that weekend, sorry Jay.
