I picked up a 2009 WR250X(shod with knobbies :evil), last night, from Dogjaw. Him and his boy Zach had picked it up a few months back but prefer their DR650's. I'll post some pics once the weather clears. I have a very good feeling about this bike...:D

Couldn't you just cover her leg to above the knee with a plastic garbage bag and clean her with the garden hose on the driveway? Sounds simple to me, but what do I know, I have only been married three times. :rofl

    The 250 Hunt...
Rocky is finally getting a settlement check.
    He wants another bike.
He thinks he wants a 250.
Only thing we can find is an 09 with 1k miles for $2750.
I'm thinking there has to be something cheaper to be found.
    Maybe DR350, or something.
He is thinking about a trip this summer when he graduates.
So the hunt is on, anyone else know of a bike from a friend of a friend etc?

I can remember one year before I graduated high school. I hitched to Eureka, Montana...got a cheap room and board situation and started work at St Regis Paper in Fernie, BC risking life and limb topping trees for the princely sum of $3.83 an hour. Minimum wage was what...a buck and change then...??!! The guard at the Roosville gate would barely look up from his morning tea to wave as I blasted past on my brand new '74 green Yamaha DT 360...! Different days...different world!

Two men waiting at the Pearly Gates strike up a conversation.
‘How'd you die?’ the first man asks the second.
‘I froze to death,’ says the second.

‘That's awful,’ says the first man. ‘How does it feel to freeze to death?’
‘It's very uncomfortable at first’, says the second man. ‘You get the shakes,
and you get pains in all your fingers and toes. But eventually, it's a very calm
way to go. You get numb and you kind of drift off, as if you're sleeping. How
about you, how did you die?’

‘I had a heart attack,’ says the first man.
‘You see, I knew my wife was cheating on me, so one day I showed up at home unexpectedly. I ran up to the bedroom, and found her alone, knitting. I ran down to the basement, but no one was hiding there, either. I ran up to the second floor, but no one was hiding there either. I ran as fast as I could to the attic, and just as I got there, I had a massive heart attack and died.’

The second man shakes his head. ‘That's so ironic,’ he says. ‘What do you mean?’ asks the first man. ‘If you had only stopped to look in the freezer, we'd both still be alive.’
