    THE OFFICIAL TEXAS SHERIFF EXAM

A young Texan grew up wanting to be a lawman.

He grew up big, 6' 2", strong as a longhorn and fast as mustang.

He could shoot a bottle cap tossed in the air at 40 paces.

When he finally came of age, he applied to where he had only
dreamed of working: the West Texas Sheriff's Department.

After a series of tests and interviews, the Chief Deputy finally
called him into his office for the young man's last interview.

The Chief Deputy said, "You're a big strong kid and you can really shoot.

So far your qualifications all look good, but we have, what you might
call, an "Attitude Suitability Test", that you must take before you can be
    accepted.

We just don't let anyone carry our badge, son."

Then, sliding a service pistol and a box of ammo across the desk, the Chief said,
"Take this pistol and go out and shoot:

    six illegal aliens,
    six lawyers,
    six meth dealers,
    six Muslim extremists,
    six Democrats,
    and a rabbit."

"Why the rabbit?" queried the applicant.

"You pass," said the Chief Deputy.
    "When can you start?"

The brakes were soft last year (pumping required). I'm thinking maybe air in lines (and water in lines from sitting since last May)?
    New for me.
I'll get stuff to replace fluid then will bleed them out. I'll need a "pumper" pedal pusher at some point.

your master cylinder is probably bad Magoo.

but start by inspecting both rear drums, make sure no brake fluid is leaking from wheel cylinders.
then check front calipers for leaks.

if no leaks are found, its the master cyinder yo.

Yeah, but I didn't want it to be that. Costs $ for a vehicle I drive 32 miles a year.
Maybe I'll just cut holes in the floorboard and Yabba Dabba Do it with Albie Flintstone's feet.

the mity vac is handy for hydraulic fluid for sure.

Now if you need to move a golf ball, through a mile of water hose, you need albies jaw muscles.

    :rofl

For you non-Twitterer's Doc has been posting that he had to take Coy to the hospital tonight with suspected appendicitis. Haven't heard from him for a while though so I guess Coy finally made it the head of the cue to be seen.

Turns out that Coy did have appendicitis and is in surgery right now. Doc is at Washington Regional Medical Center waiting. Talk about a family that can't catch a break, sheesh.
