Got 143 miles in today doing the Natural Dam, Pannell Rd, Hopper tunnel route! Love the new GPS too, definitely couldn't have found my way with out it! Took a few detours off the route but ended up having a good time.

Well got it done,,wish I had the patience to show the pics in the process...but I built a "skeleton" out of PVC. found the nearest bolt on points..drilled a hole through the buddy handle..ran a threaded rod through the skeleton. attached carabiners to the skeleton through the case material top and bottom...to attach I just run the threaded rod through buddy handle and thread a wingnut then clip carabiners to buddy peg and luggage or opposite buddy handle...I went through 12 in water, jumped, wheelstanded, swerved, took gun out, shot, put gun back in, and went home...with no hassle, damage or hinderances...great short ride.!!!!:clap

I adjusted my brake pedal the other day, to make it ....uh....usable.

And found that the PO had replaced the spring that keeps it from flopping around, with a spring from some drum brakes. You know the ones, the ones that hold the shoes.
So after wasting half the day looking at the hardware, auto parts, and farm supply stores in town, I ordered three from McMaster Carr. :deal

Sometimes I envy guys with modern bikes who can still find parts at bike shops and websites.:evil

I will have to check it out more. When i sit on it the chain tighens up some. But i just had new front and rear springs put on. So it might be a little loose.

looks like a great route MattMus!

the t200 I saw today had agas tank that was the dark blue color, and a yougn guy wearing a UofA red sweatshirt thing on .

It looks like you checked out some of the vistas that most folks see from I540 right?

    can you share the route?

I'll have to keep an eye out for that TW, I've only seen another one time.

I've always wanted to go down under those bridges so I went off the route a little bit and took Co Rd 228 off of Hwy 74 and hit both of those bridges.

The route I used is this one that Magoo posted a while back...

thats funny, I went on that ride with magoo, but I do not recall going under that bridge.. either he modified the route, or I simply do not remember going under the bridge.

    both are totally probable.

The bridge isn't on his route, you're not going crazy. I just made a little detour to go down there.

112 is much better than 540, but BE ALERT!
