Dude I don't even like cars, I like Mossikles. Previous things are why I wouldn't bring up my name out there lol. I do know some racers that rode out there, I'll try to hook u up with them. I've heard its not great for bikes, the previous owner put guardrails around the track, it'll turn you to Swiss cheese if u go off in a corner!

And id say Doc just cursed himself! :lol3

Man I spent some cold mornings in the woods trying to get my XR4 lit up. Drenched with sweat and tired is not a fun way to start a ride.

Heh, I remember watching a buddy spend 20 minutes trying to kick his XR back to life after a get off. After he finally got it started, he rode straight back to his truck, loaded it up, took it home and put it up for sale. Bought a KX 450 to replace it the next week. :lol3

Lol Albie! They were horrible. I crashed in a ravine on a hot day and I bet mine wouldn't fire for 20 mins, it ruined the rest of the day for me. Loved the 250 and 400 XR's except for that.

    Hey Charlie, gardening question..

I grew some Oregon sugar pod snap peas last year.
tey were good, went brown, and have these little "bell" looking husks all over them, about the size of a marble.

if you open them, they have tiny little black seed looking things.

are those the seeds? or are the peas themselves the seeds?

sorry if thats a really dumb question.

I cant find any photos of the black husk things im talking about.

    found one

    this is the husk thing

and these are the little black things ( bb sized but not round) that came out of the husks, still some husk parts in there too , any idea what these are?

    Matt,

Possibly Yes. However, the plant you produced has to be a non hybrid to produce viable seeds. If they were heirloom (and some organics), yes those are likely seeds.

They can still be seeds either way but if they are from a hybrid plant then the seeds may or may not produce. Either way they will be inferior plants (usually).

hmm they were sold as haierloom seeds.

oregon sugar pod ii , I think is the variety I ended up with.

Ill plant some and see what happens, the MAIN reason I was asking, I found a bluff line on Beaver lake yesterday, that had about 30 yards of brush piled up, and had these vines, and seed pods all over it, thick as hell. I will check in the spring, it would be a house sized pea garden if they make again.

    :D

I was in Louisville, over the weekend for a wedding and stopped by the Ducati/KTM/Suzuki/Triumph shop. It was a really neat shop w/ 2 levels, Demo bikes on the ground level and the new bikes upstairs. It snowed the whole trip and
I40 east of LR to Nashville was bumper to bumper. We had to take several back road reroutes, to avoid standstill traffic(construction/wrecks) and the back roads of KY/TN looked like a perfect place to ride a motorcycle.

My middle daughter doesn't care much for riding but she's happy to tag along with her moto-junkie dad. :clap
