    I came down to my office to get some homework done.

    stopped for a coke at the grocery store, young lady that was running the register asked what year model my bike was and then said " Its very pretty!"

    I started laughing and said " yeah pretty like an old moon rover!"

    what is it they say about the eyes of the beholder?

    Dave, most have showers, and toilets ( some only have pit toilets though)
    I know redding has showers, as does Shores lake, not sure about long pool ( never been there)- but I think its the closest to you currently.

    They had 2 and one was sold. I wouldn't know what to do with a bike like that, other than surrender my license, to the nearest LEO.

    Oh, and speaking of LEO's. Took the Gixxer out for a run today, the only time in 275 miles I was riding the speed limit I came up on a Trooper. I must have built up some good karma. :lol3

    Any of you guys have some extra deer on ur place and dont hunt? Just picked up a 243 for my boys. Cant rifle hunt in bella vista :cry If you happen to have some deer that u want taken out this hunting season let me know :evil

    I saw you on hwy 74..I waved but you were going by so fast that you didnt have time to see the wave! :rofl

    good ride today..started the day off by meeting a couple of ADV guys in FYV up here from TX..took em to the Confederate Cemetery..then gus and I went on out merry way..I got pix, will post em later

    So we fired up the Hawgs and went for a ride south..just as I get to FYV, I see two ADVrs...I remember one name of the two, Don, and here he is..they from Beaumont TX

    they both trailered up..don was on a 76 XT 550 and his riding partner was on a XR650L

    We ended up in Alma, ate at Red Rooster..had the cocnut cream pie..was pretty darn good..no pix tho, y'all know what pie looks like anyway..not sure how many miles we rode, am guessing abt 150 +-
