If you want to ride some pretty gnarly trails this Saturday send me a PM. I'll be riding my KLR as well
Sane people don't ride KLR's on the blue loop
Meet at 10:00 still? Tim is meeting us at the trail head. Anyone else?
If y'all are starting to grill the meat tomorrow, that "indirect heat" must really be low and slow.
Stuff would be like jerky by Sunday. :huh
Hey Mouth. I've got one of these that I use for getting into small places that I need a screw driver or small allen head. Don't know if it will work for you, but you could try it out iffin you want.
I might actually have a tool like that
the trick will be if I can find a 6mm bit for it
Hi guys from Branson MO!!!
I'm considering a 5 day trip heading south thro' AK to LA & back up via Memphis Tenessee,(or the reverse) then back to MO.
Any tips or experiences along these routes guys?
pack warm clothes for Alaska!
Ignore Mouth. We do.
The TART (Trans Arkansas Trail) may be a good option...or at least pieces of it. It is a North-South track set up by drzcharlie and others?
See the thread here.
Perhaps he meant Arizona, the other AR.
Actually, Arizona is AZ.
It did cost $60 from Rocky Mountain ATV, so that sucked. And no Starbucks card with it either. I feel cheated.
Actually it should read ARKANSAS.....(that's why l'm on this forum!)
& thanks Mouthfullofarkles for your valuable input........(my mistook)
I was hoping just to do blacktop BTW with maybe some light gravel if necessary as I have sports tyres on my Versys.
10 sounds perfect. I'm either going to complete the loop or give you guys some interesting picture opportunities :)
You should feel cheated, if you didn't buy it from Advanced Auto.com.
Save some for next time.
Are you kidding me???
I often get vendor calls(magazines, office supplies, light bulbs, etc...) from college kids asking me if I'm still in North Little Rock, ARizona...
North to Alaska (AK)!!! Now that would be the ultimate way to get to Louisiana! I'm in!
123,7, old highway 64 ( parallels some of I40)
You really cant go wrong, just pick the smaller secondary roads, and have fun.
the drone down 65 south of pine bluff to LA is pretty bleak, flat, straight, and nothingness.
