After a lot of thought and reflection, I am selling both my bikes-the 2004 XR650L and the 2010 KTM 990A. You can see the full description for the XR650L in the Thumpers Section "XRL Owners Sign In" and the KTM under the Orange Crush section.

My Combat injuries are posing a real problem to keep riding and working. I am also transferring the business to my son.

Spread the word on the bikes and thanks.

Packing up this morning fixing to head back to NWA. Hate leaving this 80 deg sunny weather :cry

But i'm needing a ADV ride fix :ricky

I think I've gained 10 lbs from the food and drinks and found that gut Charlie spoke of. :pissed

I need to get out of here for that reason, figure a couple hundred miles of hard trails will get it worked off. :gdog

Been thinking about that myself. May sell mine in the spring. Can't make up my mind. I like to do a lot of physical stuff, including stuff with my kids. Getting hurt at this point in the game is something that could put a real damper on my lifestyle. I could use the money to buy me a new bike for the street (pedal type), and some new skates like I used to have. They are expensive.

I wonder if the kids got cold and damp down at Long Pool?

Rode down to hot springs last night for the documentary film fest. Really great event that they put on.

I've had the bike almost five weeks and have already put over 3,000 miles on it. You could say I've been enjoying it :clap

I made to an organized ride today.
Rolled in to the TAT SHACK with 10 minutes to spare before the ride began. It didn't give me much tims to THAWout from the ride down in the predawn cold.
Good showing. Helmet count was 23.
Slick muddy trails to start. Had a blast.
Trip down and back to NWA was a total of 11 hrs on the bike clocked just over 300 miles.
    Looking forward to another one.

Thanks to all who organize these events.

Hey guys, dumb question. What is the TAT shack I keep hearing about? I assume it has something to do with the trans america trail but curious what the shack is.
