Kitchen and Serving Help....This is a self-supported event. We will need 2-3 people (or more) per meal to help prepare and serve. Help out for one meal and you are done. Meals this year will be real simple so minimal help will be needed.
Gas......Fill up before you get to White Rock! A gas can is a good idea for those with scrawny tanks.
Beer This year, if you want beer, you will need to supply your own. We will try and have a few ice chests available at the "gather'n" place (Lodge Patio) for you to keep it on ice. All we ask is be respectful of others beer and if it isn't yours, ask. Turners Bend will be the closest beer available and they close 8pm!

Me too, Travis. Any non-Okie cabin would do, I'll plunk the dough down for a cabin when needed.

Sharing that cabin with Gus and Colleen would work out well (Mrs. Magoo, a.k.a. Wendy, is planning on coming up too).

Everyone needs to know that SLAP will not reserve cabins for 2012..if you want a cabin, you will need to call Ms Paula and reserve it on your own, and then you can collect rent from your roomies.

Also know that since we decided not to reserv the cabins for SLAP, they are up for grabs, first come, first served, and that applies to John Q Public also! So if you want a cabin for SLAP, best get with it and call Ms Paula 479-369-4128

Cabin C has been reserved. It will be occupied by some bad ass factory sponsored pro riders.

BTW- why were the cabins not reserved for SLAP?

I am thinking that there is going to be a little more informal this year. The guys working hard these last years want to do a little more riding and who can blame them. I think it will be just as smooth as last year. If not drink more beer and you just won't care.

Magoos and Dragons have Cabin A booked up. I think it's a lot cleaner for those paying to reserve and pay deposits on their own anyway.
I'm hoping we can all pitch in to carry the load so organizers can ride too.
