Looks like a perfect weekend high 60s in January! Can't pass this up. Leaving the ATL at 10:00 AM Saturday. Taking my favorite twisties up to Asheville, grabbing a crappy motel, and cabbing it to the micro breweries. There is also a bluegrass band I want to check out. Will be heading back to ATL Sunday.

Anyone up for a little weekend adventure?

    hey

group meeting at The Hub ,in brevard --this sunday 13th-- 10:00am = early birds/coffee ,,the rest (of us night owls) will be running a little late,,, leaveing The Hub by 10:30..

would be easy for you to meet as leaving ashville,, not sure where all we will ride,,or how long......

but as i live up near cashiers/highlands ,,there are some GOOD TWISTYS from brevard thro that area and will put you back down in clayton G.A. or Frankland N.C
    --OR--
if where came up that way ,,check map for Highlands N.C.(sat before noon-ish = have to be at work 2:30pmsat) we could ride towards ashville,on some nice back roads...

so if you have the time to kill ,,there are roads to ride !!!!!!!!!!!

Yea, we'd like to know which breweries you visited. BTW, thank you for spelling Asheville correctly and Franklin, NC is the town some others were talking about.

Asheville has some mighty fine places to hoist a chalice. The thirsty Monk comes to mind...
