Hello lovely Auckland people, I am currently bidding on a bike on TM that is not rideable and the seller has requested that buyer must pick up.

Would it be possible for someone on here to pick it up for me and stash in their shed until I can get it transported down here? obviously I will re-imburse any costs plus beer/wine/applejuice etc.

The bike is in Waitakere City. That is Auckland area right?

May not even win the auction yet so am just planning just in case.

    cheers guys.

May use them yet, but just putting the feelers out just in case that's not possible for some reason. May not even win it yet, and no it is not an orange thing, you should know me better than that, and besides I have a perfectly good adv bike.

Ohhhh that looks awesome. You could have a racing team - I'll be your wingman if you want - you can take the win & the glory.
If you have no luck from the inmates I have a mate up there with a truck who would prob help out.

I'm in waitakere and have a trailer that I can use to get it for you.

Edit: Just read the bit where you didn't win the auction, as you were.

went for $2200 which was more that I wanted to pay

May have sped up getting mine on the road, but to be honest I am in no hurry cos am enjoying shed time making stuff up etc. Poor old KLR is feeling abandoned.
