I (am reading between the lines) have seen these type of posts/threads in the Ozsylum a number of occassions before... and I will just say this; it has never ended well. :cry

I (once again reading between lines) think that sean-0 has been quite diplomatic in his post, not used any stereotypes or derogatory terms... which - as we have seen before - only inflame the situation... but it is my experience that if the subject is pursued here... that's where it usually ends up... in the bin or JM.

I will end by saying that I genuinely feel for your situation sean-0... by the timing and content of your post; I'm pretty sure it is something weighing on your mind for a while now... and you feel the need to "vent" to some mates. understandable. Sincerely hope that the situation improves for you... I am sure it must be a great source of frustration.

    chin up!

Thanks Troy .....im trying my best to keep a cool head about it all
I used to watch tabloid tv awhile ago and seen the shows on nxt doors from hell and always thought to myself yea but i bet its just as bad from both ends

i now understand that somtimes it isnt the case .....to know the full story is a long thing to typ but please be assured ... my self and my wife work very hard for what little we have and brought up a very outstanding young man

it frustrates me that the covernment enable these ppl to survive ....
we have sought after every avenu to settle the situation to no avail

if fact so much so that to try to get a peice order agaist this family .. will cost me 80 dollars per person to get an order against each indavidual

so not only do i have to fix my damage prperty i have to also pay to may get a lil bit of paper to say leave me alone .. off wich does very lilttle to ppl who are well know to the law and larf at it

i have cctv all over my property and H/D video of my fence being kicked in .. adio files of threats of phisycal abuse ... yet the polce can do nothing as my cameras are located on my prperty and inside the fence .. you cant see who does it .. yet i film them standing over the fence abuseing me and my wife and police say its nothing

this country is FUCKED ......when a honest working man cant live in peace on his on prperty with all this garbage

    it does my head in

    fuck i need spell check

Could you buy their place and kick them out? Cheaper than a $40k hit.

i would go to the local bikie gang or similiar, give them a grand in cash to come around and beat the shit out of the low lifes next door and drag them out kicking and screaming and leave in the street..
    nothing straceable back to you..
I would not put up with this shit you are coping..

had a mate in cairns that got new neighbours in and they were drug dealers and general scum and were doing the some as what you are coping

he went and saw the local gang ( no names) paid a fee in cash and crownies
within a few days the problem was fixed....

seriously the cops are useless in these situations,if you want something done sometimes you have to do it yourself

    dont sell because of them..

    Ditto that.
The gentlemen in question could also really politely suggest that the vermin look at relocating their premises.
Amazing what can be achieved with some gentle pursuasion. :D

Human edges out robot car on race track

A race between a robot car and a human has ended with a win for the humans - but only just.
The race was run on Thunderhill Raceway in California between an Audi TTS that can drive itself and a racing car driver familiar with the circuit.
The human driver completed a lap around the circuit a few seconds faster than the robotic car.

Seano sorry mate I cant offer you any [legal] or even realistic solutions but having grown up in Mt Druitt I know of the type of neighbours you describe.
The only thing I can offer is these people tend not to last by their very nature they are unstable and live their lives on the run.Eventually they HAVE to move on waiting though, as they say, is a bitch, sounds like you are already well and truly over it,especially hard for your wife and family though.
You pretty much covered it when you say they couldn't care less about the cops, they usually are on a first name basis with them.
A year or two is usually about their limit and by the time they move there are so many people after them you never hear of them again.

Sean-O watched the vids of your Reno on YouTube. Mate, it's very impressive! Two things that must shit you about this is the work you have put in that you may now not get your fair reward for, and more disturbingly that your son is in harms way in order to protect the "way of life" of these scumbags. I have two words for you "Odin's Warriors" good luck mate.

Yes thanks guys .....the situation is .. they wont be moving
These grubs are the relatives of the lady who owns the property

When we brought .6 yrs ago it was a nice quiet street .... the old lady was nice and i used to mow here lawn for her.... The grubs were kicked out of there last hovel for anit social .....so they have moved into her moms being the old lady

she brought with her .. 3 yapping dogs ......6 kids rage from 8 yrs old up to 17 .. then there is her other 2 gems both of wich are over 18 and dont live there but there all the time anyways

few months ago they moved a shit box caravan into the back yard .. and then in moved another son of her's and his girlfriend and there newborn ...then we have the junky flat mate .. he has just moved out ..but is over there every day

along with every other lowlife from the area

most days there are up wards of 15 to 20 ppl in the house not all staying over night but most of the time

on a regular basis there is well over 10 ppl sleeping there with nothing to do but fight with each other all day long

the language that we have to hear is disscusting .....and i work constrution

all the kids smoke and there is drug use in the house

we are moving out over the nxt few weeks ... so i can empty the house .. my mates from work are going to help me finish the place off so i can put it on the market

Iwas and am still very upset by all of this ....the only solution is to move ....we may rent the place out for a lil while whilst we try to sell
so maybe i wont loose so much money

all and all this country is fucked ..and if your a hard working person trying to get ahead in life and are unlcky enough to have grubs like this move in nxt to you ... there is no help out there .. there is only help for the grubs :eek1

    We need a Revoulution

Seano sorry to hear of your situation, and the fact you have to move.

I hope i don't sound like i am interfering but can i pass on some advice from experience . I have photographed over 5000 houses for sale in Brisbane over the last 10 years and i work closely with a lot of property marketing and advertising agencies .

I can 100pcnt assure you will sell your house easier and for more $$$ if it is furnished and presented for sale as compared to it been empty ., this might be difficult for you but i would advise to try do so .even if its a bit of art on the walls and some bit n peaces .

Mate feel free to send me a pm if you have any questions .

I'm not having a go at you but what were your expectations when you bought at Eagleby?

For as long as I can remember it has had a reputation of being a low cost / public housing area with associated (anti-)social and law and order issues. A couple of my soldiers got sucked into buying overpriced dog boxes there back in the early '90s. They were stitched up.

You may have to cut your losses if you want to move out of there. The suggestion to get the Armbuster brothers to hand out a measure of summary justice sounds attractive but I would up the insured value first and move anything of value to another location.
