Stuff that mate.. forecasting a high of 34 next week at the moment and thats enough for me - we didn't even go over 30 degrees last summer at all. Bloody heat just about kills me.

.....I don`t want to start a thread about it just yet. Anyone who is planning on doing the Border Run and wishes to get a room (before the Far Riders snaffle them all up), Allie at the border village is accepting emails. She can be contacted at: bordervillagerh@bigpond.com

Only 29 degrees here at the moment (as of 1330 anyway), might etch up a few more degrees as the late afternoons get pretty unbearable but thats alright, you'll seldom find me without a beer in hand by 4'oclock or there abouts:freaky

Bloody funny because it was 10 or 11 degrees at 0630 this morning when I rode to work and I couldn't help feel that it was a bit cool, now I'll be nice and warm for the ride home.

Another fucking hot day in paradise! Spent most of the afternoon in the shade with a beer messing about with my Postie. I'm no mechanic, but practice makes perfect. Cleaned and oiled the chain, fixed the sticky throttle by taking apart the assembly and cleaning out all the gunk and also changed the oil.. only 400ml came out, and it was black and thick as tar - would love to know the last time it was changed! Not a bad idea to get the hang of all things mechanical on a Postie, will help me out later on when I upgrade :1drink
