You septics have an additive, gel or preparation H ointment for just about everything don't ya...???! :lol3
No wonder old Lance bikepants never tested positive for anything...:huh
the combination of the chemo treatment and prostate ehancers masked just about everything else the authorities could possibly think of... :rofl

Here's all you need Stagehand (Aussie marathon endurance athlete dietry supplements)
    The three step system: :deal

    STEP 1: Carbo Loading:

Contains carbs (pastry) protien (meat) and vitamin C
(tomato sauce... very important... also acts as an antibiotic on old pies found in outback roadhouses ).
    Food of champions!

    STEP TWO: Complex Vitamin supplement:
Contains more vitamins per gram than any substance known to mankind. :D
Combined with buttered toast and a glass of cold milk (for breakfast) it contains about four times the daily requirement
of just about everything the body and mind needs. Can also be used as a substitute for axle grease, bootpolish and is particularly
effective in keeping wild dogs at bay from decaying motorcyclist carcasses...
so it is a particularly useful substance for any Adventure riders bumbag (that's "fanny pack" to you Noo Yoikers).

    STEP THREE: Recovery drink
    [IMG]
If we need to explain this phase... well, what can I say?
You really have got in over your head... eh? :evil

    Good luck! :1drink

You should have seen the Good Ol NASCAR boys the first time the Aussie Tin Top Racer (Marcos Ambrose) tried to share it with the Team.

Never laughed so much before or since.

    Great protein content.

    Howdi Stagehand,
    Its no biggie mate.
I don't mind people having my pics, if the use is suitable (non commercial), AND when they ask; 9.5 times out of 10 its a yes help yourself. If they want the Hi-res originals then we can talk.

I do get pissed when people help themselves without asking but I am getting pretty good at take downs. Embedded watermarks are gold. :deal I could write a novel...

Anyway, Here she is in the rain...

Sad to here Quinn is out to injury only 2 weeks out but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Dakar Vetren Ruben Faria will take his place on the CPW Safari Team

    Here is Transmoto's Report:

That really is a bummer for Quinn... :cry

I will be very interested to see how Faria goes... have been really impressed with his riding style (speed/attack) since seeing some of his onboard footage on the 450 RR from back in the 2011 Dakar.

Bearing in mind that at DAKAR he has always been in the very clear position, to follow instructions and ride as designated #2/water carrier to Cyril... I think we've never seen the young colt given his reigns to run at a full gallop.

When Rueben turns up at the Safari, there is likely to be no such impedement in place? (CPW Don ? :ear) So after dialling himself into the new bike and the terrain/roadbook... he will be ostensibly master of his own fate?!

recalling some of that footage where he was hacking/picking/finding his way through the loose sand/gravel and undergrowth of the Argentine high desert up by Fiambala... I think his "technical terrain/use your head scrub navigation" could serve him well in the West aussie conditions. With some tips on the roadbook from Cyril (last year) Earlymark and some guidance from the CPW crew... it could be a real good thing! :clap

I would mark Faria as a strong chance to do well for an overseas debutant... he has a somewhat "lower profile" that that of his #1 team mate (no expectations or bulleseye on his back)... yet maybe not as "gas it and go" as the US rider he replaces... so I think I'll earmark Rueben to be inside top ten stage times from the get go... Running top 5 overall by leg four and and outside shot at a podium. :D

    For that reason I give Faria slightly better odds than I gave on Quinn;

4: (of) 6 riders with a solid chance of the podium. He is 1: (in) 7 riders who have a shot for a solid top five placing, but in my estimation only 15:1 chance to take the overall moto win.

Regretably Ruben will now be no longer able to attend. We had hoped that a Michelin Dakar tyre test for the 19/20 Sept could have been changed, but this has proved impossible, so apologies for raising the hopes of everyone wanting to meet and see Ruben race - next year perhaps :(:

That sucks, was hoping to meet Quinn, seems like a nice guy from what I've heard and read. Anyhow, I will meet Ruben, again. He may soon get the impression that I'm stalking him :lol3
