I'm not sure if this is in poor taste, but I've gotten a hold of one of each. Both in good, but need to be painted condition. Both missing their mounting hardware.......I cannot find much info on them, other than that they're somewhat rare. I need to sell them, but have no clue of their worth:dunno Anybody got any idea on that??

That is a nice looking job and really suits the bike, I would suggest to do it full justice you should take it home to the Isle of Man for the TT later this year :clap
That car was used in a very funny episode of Top Gear where Clarkson drove it around the BBC offices, I always wondered what it was.

The Avon Avonaire fairings were very popular with our police forces as were Craven panniers.

Avon must of made several different styles, as mine has seperate lowers and the headlight is mounted in a seperate piece also. It had one bracket that was frame mounted in front and two braces that came up from crashbars to steady the rear portion. or that is what I remember from before my brother crashed it :D

Peel's best known fairing was the 'Mountain Mile' model, used by many TT riders during the 1960s, and still one of the best looking fairings of that era. Made of course in Peel on the Isle of Man.
