Ok guys and girls, I think its time we did a night ride. Lets see a show of hands for who is up for it......

I think a Saturday night would be best and August 23rd seems like a good amount of time to let everyone get ready.

There are a couple of possibilities for the route depending on if we want to stop and eat during the ride or if we want to eat and then head out on the ride, which I am thinking would be best.

The terrain will be kept to mostly "B" type trails or easier so people can choose their rides accordingly.

    Lets Ride

That was a fun night. I am thinking about maybe doing a route to Wickenberg and up to Wagner and coming back either the back way to CK or down Ryland.

I would be interested in the next one as I don't think myself or my bike will be there in time. Leaving Los Anchorage on the 16th for Phoenix.

I've been out of the loop for quite a while. Hope it will be cool with you all if I try to tag along on this one.

To be fair he bugged out before dark partly from concern of his poor headlight (& possibly his proximity to the border), I think that was before he started getting shock therapy to his manhood from the ghost's wiring modification :evil

Well I thought I would see a few more hands go up for this adventure. I really will try to keep this ride to as little carnage as possible...:evil

I am thinking we could stage at my house or off Hwy74 which ever the group prefers and then run mostly dirt to Wickenberg. We eat there and then come back via Buckhorn wash or if the group feels frisky we could come back via the Bradshaw Grave Trail and pass Copperopilos Mine but that maybe just for the brave souls.

If the group wants to make it a long night ride.... we could ride up the back of Yarnell from Wickenberg and the run up to Wagner Rd and come back via Ryland Creek to Cow Creek Rd. Thats manly miles in the dark but nothing to hard.

Lets hear some feedback from the lerkers who are wondering if they should step up and join in... I know your there:lol3

All these routes are big bike friendly... mostly.
