They don't make anything different than the token pad that comes with the jacket. I would like to put something better in. Anyone have experience with one that will fit the "t" shape? I don't mind doing some cutting. Thanks!

I’d talk to a local tailor who can professionally sew in a custom-sized protector pouch in your jacket for cheap bucks.

Forcefield makes excellent armor and has several sizes of replacement back protectors.

Man that is a funny shape. You can buy a Sas-tec pad, either Rev'it or from Draggin' jeans and cut it to shape.

from the "Leather Jacket Kit" 10.5" wide, 13.75" tall. Depending on how big the tourmaster pads are, it looks like it would take minimal trimming. You can also buy the back pad individually through them through amazon, but their shipping is not cheap.

~14"wide x ~18" tall Not positive if it is the same pad as "Shirt armor kit 2" from Dragging Jeans

Just curious if you ever found an upgrade ? I picked up a Transition 3 with the same back protector and it is pretty wimpy.

I did not. I was thinking of ordering a SAS TEC protector and cutting it down as needed, but haven't got around to it yet.
