    Came across this report, just an awesome read!!! Completely unique and got me thinking about my dad. Thanks for sharing, put me down for a book if that project comes through!

    Thanks Frank! Glad you stumbled across it! I've been hard at work on the book project, I am hopeful for a Q2 release in 2015. Lots of photos have been added, additional encounters, and some more remembrances.

    Very kind of you, Beemer. I'm looking forward to planning my next trip. The lure of Mongolia is strong! But then, I've also always wanted to see Eastern Europe. Time to spread out the maps on the coffee table!
