Why are these markers always a mile and a half west of what they're talking about?
Pulpwood is a big crop in this state.
It's not like I wasn't warned that it was a dead end....but I'd have preferred to have been turned back by a scary water crossing vs. a gate.
Gates are a common sight though....lots of private land owned or leased by hunting clubs and logging etc... This old homestead looks to have some fresh fencing....

...think the key switch is worn out....had to wiggle it to get dash lights then push start. Restarted fine afer gas stop....5 gal tank held 5.1 :huh
