The KDX has no title, I need to have someone run the VIN and fill out the Vermont DMV form and send it in for a plate.
WR was street plated when I got it.

My crf 230 is in the process of getting dual sported. I already have the plate, just need tail/brake light, and headlight then hand signals for turns.

2001 wr250f bought with a street title looking like this. Notice that nothing about this bike is legal.

Added a plate mount and brake light switch and hit the streets. Still not technically legal but it's enough to get by in MI.

Broke out the 250x yesterday. You don't need much in ID.

Nice bike. I too considered the WR250F, but settled on a '05 CRF250X.

Maybe I'll see you out on the trail. I tend to hang around Manistee Ntl. Forest West of Cadillac.

No rear blinkers, no horn, non-DOT tires, no brake light switch on the front, headlight's only on when running, but it does have a plate.:rofl

05'250X, nowhere street legal, used mostly on organized club dualsport rides.

The bare minimum.... Current tires aren't DOT. I have a hard terrain MotoZ mounted on another rim that I can put on when needed along with the factory headlight and one of Neduro's mirrors. Top end is only about 75 or 80, but it's fun getting there. This is VCHSS race mode. :clap

Built a custom rack for the 450 and rode it from Connecticut to Guatemala. :D

Bought it in NH with an old plate and registration. That was all MASS needed to see, along with collecting my sales taxes. Plates in hand I couldn't help but grin like a cat who ate a canary as I walked out the door. Getting past the inspection station was a little tougher. But I got it done and ride it all the time.
