    Terrible service for me. Scheduled a repair just before a major trip, brought the bike to him, he randomly decides not to fix my bike with the excuse he didn't have the tool. Get the tool! I'm leaving in 2 days. Nope. No apologies, nothing. . Just walked away in the middle of a conversation. Woody's helped me out. Too bad as I always like to give my business to smaller local independents.
