With a point and shoot, I have problems getting all the exposures the same. But I've learned a few tricks. If I use the same reference point for getting the auto exposure set when holding down the button halfway, that helps.

There are several free stiching apps. I use a shareware app for the Mac called DoubleTake. It does 90% of the work for you and provides some controls for blending, gamma, geometry, etc. Many times I just drag the parts into the app and everything is perfect without any adjustment needed.

i use AutoStitch on the photos at full resolution from the camera. depending on how the photos came out, i'll either attempt to tone-match them in a photo-editing software (i use Adobe Lightroom) before stitching them. since i upload to SmugMug, and everything gets resized automatically there... i don't resize on my own anymore, and work at 100% resolution.

i actually enjoy taking pano's now, mainly because of that software. check out some of the one's i've taken

Hmm... a sticker you say... that's a possibility.

As for the timing, yeah yer right. December is the worst time to start something like this, but I had been thinking about it for months and finaly said, "screw it. I need to post this up."

    Cheers!

that would be great !! Then we can figure out other motorcycle clubs that we don't like and get in fights with them and then possibly try and kill one. I heard that makes riding motorcycle alot more fun :arg

In and subscribed. The exc dislikes long street hauls. Guess I'll revive the TDM.

Yup, that's what I mean too. I look at riding street the same as I look at working. It's just a means to an end.

the shitty part about the bay area is that the "means to an end" takes HOURS, if not longer.
