    Bay Area Ural Riders - Alice's Restarunt – April 25 2010
We have a few South Bay Ural riders heading out of the Santa Clara / San Jose area Sunday morning April 25th and heading up Highway 9 to 35 (Skyline) and then over to Alice’s Restaurant:

    http://www.alicesrestaurant.com/

A couple of us are going to meet up in the South Bay are around 9:30ish and head up 9. The initial plan is to meet up at Highway 9 / Highway 35 around 10:30 and then hit Alice’s.

Interested? Chime in, make proposals, lets get something planned!

Great ride idea. Back in the day the RR sidecar I built engines for was road legal ... the roads around Alice's were used for practice ...

The old timers at the corners might remember Wayne Lougee and Jack Morris. 750 Honda powered race kneeler on the hill in the 70's.

That was a blast! I put close to 200 miles on the Ural that day. And I even got to fly the chair coming back across 9 on the way home! But I digress...

Thanks for the pics! Let's do it again only with a few more participants!

Now that sounds like FUN!!! It'd be a blast in the snow! Man, I can just imagine it...

Bundle up, heads out and tear up WNY for a few hours and then look for a big fat beef on weck and Genesee Cream Ale...

    I'm getting homesick!!!

    Hassef, Baldy!

I'm all for another ride! Toss something out there. Where would YOU like to go for a day type ride, hell, even weekend.

I did Yosemite twice last year. I'd do that again. I wouldn't mind seeing Kings Canyon and Tahoe on the Ural either. I hear Napa's nice too!

Another damn Arctic? Who is that? I swear I have seen at least 150 Arctics around the country now, even though the factory says only 53 were made!

Hey Guy's, here's a thought. Why not plan a ride through the wine country to Lake Berryessa on Sat. the 22nd of May and join the NorCal S/C Club for a sidecar potluck / picnic at Oak Shores Park at Lake Berryessa.
All sidecarists are welcome. Check USCA website events calander for details

Count me in! I was going to suggest that also but MowTow beat me to it. We could head over Saturday morning or even Friday afternoon / evening. It appears to be only a 2 hour ride from the South Bay (Santa Clara / San Jose area).

Hasseaf, Baldy, Paindoc, Mikus, Rob, Warren, sound off!
