Not so much brand loyalty, but if a bike has no serious flaws, I'll stick with it simply because I know how to service it.
That said the TX and the XT were 'offers I couldn't refuse', I didn't have a bike at the time and someone wanted to move them.
The most liked bike ?, probably the XT, though the DL is close.
I'll own any bike that can do both commuting and touring duty, with acceptable maintenance intervals, standard ergos, with decent fuel range and dealer support.
I've had my suzuki longer than any other bike, but I expect I'll have traded it within a month. For what? Who knows.
I'm not a brand snob.
I'll teabag any brand.
But I voted BMW.
I'm not really a brand snob. I've had a Suzuki, a Honda, and now I have a Yamaha. Next bike, I'm already eying a Kawasaki Concours.
I want to try them all at least twice before I settle into a favorite.
It has to be said: I don't even own a street bike. Never have.
Otherwise it is a tie between KTM, Yamaha and Kawasaki at two each. So I can't do the pole anyway.
I don't consider myself a brand snob, but I do tend to favor the Euro brands. I am currently on my 3rd BMW and 2nd Triumph but also own a Vespa and a Sym (for sale). In the past I have owned in addition to the Beemers and Trumpets, a Ducati and I started out on a Yamaha, and haven't owned a Jap bike since, but I would not rule out owning one in the future.
In reality, I want one of each!
I'm on my 3rd KTM, but mostly because they have products that suit my riding best. If Yamaha or Ducati had similar models I might have one of those instead. I see my KTM690R as sort of a Ducati for dual sporting.

I don't think we've bought them because of the label that was on the sides. We've bought them because of how they looked, how comfortable they were and how easy it was to work on and get parts for.

I've had more Yamahas than anything else (about 14, v's 6 or 7 Hondas, 3 Beemers and fewer than that of several other makes) but the brand has NOTHING to do with it. I have bought bikes that interested me, met my needs/wants and were at the right price. The only one I ever specifically sought out was the GTS1000. It does just happen to be a Yamaha but that was not why I bought it. My BMWs are probably my favorite bikes - but I have no real loyalty to the roundel and that's not why I bought them. I'd like to have a Triumph - but it would have to be the right bike, at the right time and the right price.
I guess I might be a teeny bit of a reverse snob for H-D but that has more to do with the "culture" crap that goes along with it, not the brand itself.
With the exception of HD, the worst offenders I have come across lately have been the KTM "Orange Kool-ade" crew. I now await the barrage of "You don't understand - they are just better than everything else!"
I tend to stick to Japanese bikes but not one particular brand of Japanese bike.
That's not to say I wouldn't buy a bike from another brand or country....just haven't.
Ive owned mostly Hondas but my last two have been Kawasakis and I've also had a Yamaha.
I'll probably never own anything that isn't Japanese because the purchase price and maintenance costs are too high or there isn't enough dealer/parts support in my area.
I classify myself as an "econo-snob". I catch myself shaking my head at people who spend more than they have too.

For a while, I was stuck on Hondas. I just felt they were a low risk purchase, since they virtually never break down (I did get a flat tire once, does that count?) I bought the Aprilia when Honda didn't import what I wanted. I have also owned a two stroke Kawasaki and Yamaha when I first started riding.
But in all fairness THEY ARE. KTM (and the other Euros) are the only brands where you can get a 2stroke enduro, or a hard core street legal dirtbike from the factory.
Though I guess this is a moot point since the original post is talking about street bikes.
I picked Triumph, then remembered that I've owned 3 Kawi's.
I keep getting called an orange Koolaid drinker in Thumpers. Which cracks me up since I would jump ship in a heartbeat. I owned a KE and KD in the 70's because they were good dual sports. I liked those rotary valve two strokes better than the red and yellow bikes and just as well as the two shock DT's. So I rode gree. Actually one was yellow but you get my point. Then Yamaha dropped the monoshock bomb and CDI ignition in 77 or 78.
So then I switched to blue. Which were actually red then. I owned two Yamahas because they were clearly better, to me, than the yellow, green ones or (other) red ones. Then Yamaha lost their way and floundered in the dual sport market. So I bought a Honda red one just because those red ones were as good or better than the other stuff out there and I tripped over a good deal. Then I rode some orange ones and discovered that, for me, they were now the best dual sports.
So now I have had two of those. Of course one of those is actually black and gray rather than orange. But, if Husky suddenly becomes the best dual sport out there, I will start buying those. In other words I buy what works best for me at the time. If they happen to be orange these days, well, pass the damned orange Koolaid.

I've bought more Yamahas than anything else, because they were most intersting (the "best" for what I wanted) at the time.
I've had 4 Hondas, 1 Kaw, and a BMW. Each has their own "brand personality".
I always liked Kawasaki's attitude: Sort of the hot rod brand. No matter what the problem is, their solution is to put a bigger engine in it. It's historically made for some pretty interesting products.
While my current BMW (R1100RT) is my favorite, I've never owned a bad bike.
