I saw this thread for the first time today. It is of no interest to me so there is no reason to return to it. Here's a tip. His words cannot annoy you if you don't read them.:-)

Robtg, your post is a cheap shot for no apparent reason; try acting like an adult.

    Don't let the door...

…hit this year’s @ss on its way out.

It hasn’t been much of a year on a number of levels, but to this rider it feels like opportunity missed.

Here’s wishing my friends happy holidays with their loved ones, and sweet big ride dreams for next year.

Thank you for the great read. It is a sunny 34 deg. day here in eastern WA. We have six in. of snow on the ground and it looks like a long, cold winter is upon us. I've just had rotator cuff surgery so won't be riding until mid-June of next year. So please keep writing and allow me to Walter Mitty my way alongside you for the next few months.

A joyous Winter Solstice to you and yours!

    Is your bike REALLY fast....

… or is it just ‘Sears fast’?

My appreciation to Frank Zappa, who was never shy about dropping an obscenity if he thought it would assure that he had your full attention. Salty talking bikers always talk about “WFO” but this is a family-friendly show….

    Well, It certainly SOUNDS faster...

500 Singles are a thing unto themselves. The Buell Blast was pretty much universally maligned by bike-cognoscenti as a thing that didn’t know what it wanted to be when it grew up.

It doesn’t take all that much to let the lil’ feller start channeling it’s Inner H-D XR, though.

4-5 more HP on top of 34 makes a world of difference.

    Test to Destruction

Folks that know me have been following the saga of my Zero Motorcycles DSR Factory Test Bike and Extended Road Test.

That test will appear in the November-December Issue of The Mid-Atlantic’s Motorcycle Times – http://www.motorcycletimes.com/ - which should be available in print in Mid Atlantic Motorcycle Businesses and to subscribers a few short days.

In a month with that motorcycle, though, I had lots of great experiences that simply couldn’t fit into a magazine road test.

This one…. https://rollingphysicsproblem.wordpress.com/2017/10/26/howdy/ …while it didn’t feel so funny while it was happening, was, upon reflection, pretty darn funny.

I guess it falls into the category of “It’d be pretty darn funny if it wasn’t happening to you.”

Never let it be said I can’t laugh at myself.

    Rides Of The Century

We had a hard freeze in Jefferson a few nights back, and though it isn’t PMS* time yet, I find myself getting contemplative.

    https://rollingphysicsproblem.wordpress.com/2017/11/08/big-rides-little-rides/

Couldn’t help but notice as this posted that it is the 100th Story published on Rolling Physics Problem.

Better take a break and go for a ride. ;-)
