I didn't get any pictures?
Interesting ideas though.
No I didn’t either.
There should be some over in Thumpers in the 70 Degree thread, maybe around 2010 posts. Put a big cut down plastic drum on the front with a headlight in it and if I remember correctly he tapped the frame and used it as an oil reservoir. I didn't read the blurb this time.
Not high country but was up a mountain today.
Spending time with the ugly cousin!
The new rear Golden Tyre GT 333 worked out very good all round too. Just have to see how long it last now.
I like your cousin, can I have her number.
You should get 4-5 years out that tyre before the nobs start to go hard
Shes got lots of numbers on her that cousin mate. I must add the 570 showed up then went home on a trailer.
Pulled the thermostat put it in some water & it works as expected. So not quite sure why it was overheating. Need to dig a bit deeper. Thanks for the blat Cruz.
One of the pipes soft and closing up under pressure?
Getting there. Slow process when your rebuilding a bike from a box of parts. A bit of port work on the airbox and joiner sleeve. Plus the earlier bikes are a tad different to the later bikes. I was trying to find the breather tube from the rocker cover to the airbox then eventually working out they didn’t run one. I’ve borrowed the one off the 450 ATM and will decide in time if I will run one. Don’t see any issues with running it so may go with it.
Working on the buggy.
Looking good Al...
Hey Bruce you weren’t at the NSW footy were you? If not it was your twin brother or doppelgänger.
You can see Fred’s legs hanging down underneath.
Was at the G on Wednesday night mate
