biggy's spot reports the group just passing pismo... guess they decided on one check at pozo too!
i needed to get back by 7pm for the babysitter so dave (right? sry if not!!) and i took off at elkorn & 58 on 7 mile to soda lake road, crossed over 133 to cerro noroeste/mil potrero/cuddy valley (where there was snow at the side of the road ) back to the 5 (by way of a small saloon to 'warm the soul' first).
great ride, too bad i had to leave early but i'm also glad not to be on the 101 right now....! :eek1

I´m in now too. Of course I live out here. I enjoyed the ride and the company. It is nice to see some familiar faces and meet some new friends. Big thanks to all of the ADVrider electrical wizards for tracking down my short circuit so quickly. And Joel, Thanks for including me, it is always fun.

Joel, Thank you for your efforts in the herding of the Kats, After spilting off from the group Rick led us on a little tour of Maricopa and Taft.
We stopped at the oil museum and got sucked in for a couple of hours, Afterwards we backtracked to Reyes Creek for lunch and then back down the 33 and on home.
