You're smarter than the average bear
Yes, location never changed, the border just moved.
I'm wondering...if I went there, could I also visit Dinosaur remains near-by?
No idea. You could buy a Ford though, that's close enough
Hint? I'm picking up my new to me GSA tomorrow and I need more excuses to ride long distances for no reason..
My original post had 3 hints, one of which was touched on.
I found this location when google earthing for urban DS trails. It was a square that didn't belong, so I went to check it out. It is in relatively close proximity to the previous tag (Didn't know if you had grabbed the tag and I was racing to get home )
Some years ago this cemetery was vandalized. Most considered it an act of hate. The original graves are from 1831.
Try not to roost the bread trucks.
You likely won't see any signs, historic markers, or entries in lists of cemeteries. During those days, the inhabitants were persona non grata.
That's enough SIR! No more clues pls
I know where it is! I just need to get to it tomo...
Congrats, great choice
I'll allow it, that means you'll put up a new one that is hopefully easier!! We'll have to meet up and ride one day, I'll tell you the story behind my 07GSA with 1300 original miles!! (it may or may not have been a cocaine mule)
That mileage is nitz! For sure ill like to hear that story.
A lot more clues than the Lake Park Rd tag - did you guys find it googling or did you just recognize it? Cuz there sure weren't any distinguishing features.
The clue in the original post for the new tag was enough to get in the area, and google did the rest. I just can't get out during the week to ride. But I get up at CFD on Saturdays.
Recognized it. Too many clues is right. I'm a tag noob.
Got it, it was a nice choice. Hard to find the trail in.
:eek1 I want to play Can't wait for the next tag, I could have gotten that lake road one, I live in that area!
A bit lame I must admit, but I liked the sign
Anyway, notice Reunion Tower (must be part of the pic). This is an area where you can check out old bikes as well as the newest in Italian exotica, tons of places to bail out friend if the fun ever gets out of hand. It's an area of conondrums from high end furniture to antiques, strip joints to detention centers, old bikes and new.
This should be enough clue
Might grab this tomorrow, I pass it everyday for work and have been meaning to check out their collection.
We get to see the Ural
Wow, pace of the game has accelerated! I never had a chance. But good to see some dirt in the tags. And a M/C Gallery, too cool.
Finally I know where one is without googling. And close to where I work.
Didn't make it over there yesterday, but I'm taking the Ural out later and plan to grab it. I'm just trying to think of a new tag......
New tag (this is my first one, not sure if it's been used already)
How did you get that Ural to stick to the ceiling?:eek1
