Thanks again Rick for a Great meal and conversation!!!
Hey El Perro Grande,
The suspense is killing me!!!!!........Was it YOU or Rhodester that did the DEED!!!!!???????
Thanks for all your work on this RR
I'm with Pantah, give us some more details about what you and your "partners" have in mind to do with the Adventure Ranch. From the map, it looks like you have a good centralized location, where riders could go off in almost any direction and find lots of great trails.
Come on Scott, details please?
I'm confused on this one Scott ?????
What deed ??
Was it you or Bud who Farted??!!!!.........That was the DEED!!!!
Hmmm.... Looks like the bath house ?

Thanks for your interest!!!
Thanks Scott for coming forward on the ownership issue.
We now have the ability to proceed with our plan to make this a key point for riders to stop, relax and enjoy our oasis in Southeast Utah.
Thanks too for the compliments on my cooking - it was great to meet some of the guys that I have heard and read so much about - they all exceeded my expectations!
Looking forward to meeting more of you!
Woo Hoo ! Glad it all came together Dingweed/DCZ! Congratulations
It's in Utah,right?
I will try and work a stay there in some of my trips out West.
Fantastic report and great photography! We just completed the COBDR and UTBDR and rode a lot of the same stuff. No two ride reports are the same, though. Great stuff
Rick, I also want to thank you for the great meal (probably the BEST steak that I have ever eaten) and your warm hospitality and riding stories. I know that anyone who has the opportunity to visit the hideaway once it is up and running will have an unforgettable memory. Scott and Julie are the perfect match for this operation and I wish them the very best. My only regret is that I'm losing my riding buddy (and dog walking friend) down here in Tucson. Bud
And lets remind everybody----the 3 Step Hideway is right on the Trans America Trail-------------not close-------right on it.
You go right by the mile long dirt road to the Hideaway on your way to LaSal and the Lasal Mountains.
congratulations on the new place. god willing i'll be by to say hello one day.:
Waa Hoo, thats great news!
Congrats Scott, wish you well on your new venture.
That is sooooo cool about the ranch. Congrats!
Just love your ride reports and everything.
It is actually a Root Cellar....That was part of the original homestead dating back to 1898!.......It has been re-worked and has a Freezer and lots of food storage shelves in there!.......It also has a constant temp of about 63 degrees!
