Got a link?
EDIT - they probably won't work, I will report when they arrive.
Silver & blue for me -
Pretty! and they come in red, too!
My front brake lever hits hydraulic resistance too far away from the fat part of the second joint of my fingers, where all the gripping power is. The brakes are better than adequate. Several magazine testers dissed the front brake, and that’s prolly why, they couldn’t get a good grip on the lever. I’m sure that adjusting the lever inward a few mikes will allow me to get a better grip. At 60, I CAN squeeze hard enuff to activate ABS in the front, but some ergo-adjustment will be welcome.
Update from the eBay seller of the BMW electrical connectors by the headlight:
"More are on their way. Should be ready to ship by Monday.
Thanks for your patience."
And who might this seller be?
I remember when Pelican cases where the cheap option for waterproof motorcycle luggage. North of $700?!!
Just paid $204 for run in check.
BTW, they found my battery to be suspect. They tested it on two different battery condition testers...one said “ok”, the other “suspect”. Got a new battery under warranty. Funny thing though....both batteries have the same date of 11/17 on them. Not sure if this is an install date or manufacture date. Either way, I hope it helps with the cold start issue I am having.
No problem. He's going to let me know when they're available and I'll pass that on here.
Super! Thanks again.
Hondo, stupid question here, is that price for each lever or for the set (one each clutch and ft brake). $27.99 or $55.98 for the set????
For the set or pair.
I installed a set of shortys like these on my R1200GSA and they have been great.
I have the same problem, the adjustable levers quoted above may be the solution but the delivery time seems suspect ie between June 5 and July 26!!. I'll wait and see how they turn out.
The G650 Sertao levers will fit on our G310GSes?
That's what somebody above said.....
My battery was replaced on warranty as well. Only one 5-10 deg celsius start since and it took a couple of patient - very patient - minutes to get it going. Tried holding throttle a little many times and it finally kicked over and ran - I kept the revs up for 30 seconds to be sure. Overall it starts and runs great - 700 km.
First service done, $195.00.
So when I sold my '12 F650GS I kept the zega pro top case. Curious if I'll be able to mount it to the the 310.
