    I wonder if the kit tank is steel, plastic or fibreglass? It doesn't seem to say on the website. I couldn't find it anyway.

    The tank is a cover. You still use the original tank. Yeah, the kit is expensive, but it looks great and and it takes all the fabrication work out of the equation. (I don't have a nice shop, yet)

    I don't see that at all. Maybe more like a evo1100. But it looks more like a copy of the r1200r with a different tank. Oh, it is! :wink:
