I just discovered this website for vintage fairings and bodywork. My apologies if it is a redundant post.

I got my 'S' fairing from them. I chose the model w/ dash molded in, and Craig was nice enough to drill the gauge and turn signal stalk holes for me. Very satisfied.

I'm thinking I might ride up there in the near future and see 'em. No one seems to make decent cafe seats that fit the R65...maybe they'll let me try theirs out at their shop to see if it can be modified.

I had one of Airtech's TZ250 seats on a former bike. They make a nice product, really well made with zero defects. However, they make each piece upon order, so there's no returns if it doesn't fit. Also you have to fab all of your own mounts - unless you happen to have the right mounts ahead of time.
