They are fun to ride, i was suprised. A carbon set is on the wishlist for my Beargrease, i am a bit jealous of those.

How do you like the 1x12 drivetrain?

    I love the XX1 Eagle 1x12.

I think every MTB I buy from now on will be Eagle (but not necessarily XX1 - that is a lot of extra money over XO1 for only a few grams saved).

I wouldn’t have bought XX1 for the Farley 9.9 but it came with it. The entire spec on the bike is a bit silly (and stupid expensive) which is why I think the 9.9 was discontinued for this year.

Ed, try Phil's World on the way down or back. I think that is what Bill was referring to in his post.

    Geek,

You should just convince @Hodakaguy to do a 4WD Sprinter for his next project, then wait for him to get bored with it, and buy it immaculately built and finished. Win-Win!

I'm not sure what post you are referring to - but there are tons of trails on the list :thumb
    Thanks!

edit: I looked at this thread without login and saw the post you referred to - he's been on my ignore list for years and I didn't realize he was posting to this thread:rofl

Ha. Went over to Phil's today and had a blast. Very few cars in the parking lot. Great riding. Heading to Sedona in our van on Wednesday to get in some riding and hiking. The puppy will be pleased as he likes to bike.

If I need to sleep in the van from now until the new bed is done it’ll require a cot.

I need to do some cleaning so I can get to the tool boxes without tripping over crap. :patch

    Is that ridable year round?
We've done many Sedona winter trips but always assumed that was closed out.
