Hazard or Pikeville look interesting. Pretending to be a cat is not all that hard. Have not been to Pikeville in many years, but there were enough stink shacks the last time I was there.

am scheduling my 2013 vacations.this weekend and want to include this rally. Can anyone tell me what the Parental Guidance rating has been for other BYOB's? We love to have fun and ride and cut up as much as others but would bow out for too much hedonism?! Im sure being an Adv rally is moderately tame but Ive been around some that werent. Just wanna know before me and my lady commit. Thanks to any and all.

Has a decision ever been made before January/February in the past?

    PG-13.

Basically there are a smattering of 20 somethings, a few 30 somethings, and a majority of 40+ to Geritol addicts.

There is public drinking, smoking, and cussing. And since you didn't call her your "old lady" you'll probably see the same way.

Folks have brought kids in the past and nobody was scarred for life.

Overall, these events are pretty tame.

So you are saying Dennis will not be pole dancing at this event?

Well then, I guess I will have to reconsider whether I want to attend this year. I was really hoping for much more debauchery. I mean, isn't that why they call WVA "Wild and Wonderful"? :lol3:freaky:wink:

Gwen and I got married there. They do a blue grass show and dinner on Saturday. So dinner would be covered. So would entertainment.

From the pictures of ADV gatherings I have seen, entertainment usually takes care of itself. :lol3

I would confirm that observation. I've never been to a boring ADV event.

Good point but a little Bluegrass show during the slow part of the evening may be just the respite we need...

    We had a great time...
