Sure, all are welcome... but you gotta be on the bike to get the tag
Deal. Let's say Smith's about 7:30. The weather even looks like it's going to cooperate. Now where's Dags...
Sounds good I'll be there at 7.30
I found it but won't have time to get it until this weekend.
Where's Hardwwwwwrreeeegrl?? You slackers need to get out there & get this one! If for nothing else it's an excuse to stop by & eat at the place close by. Hmmm....
Hey fried!!! I was going to get it today but a pitbull followed me home on my afternoon walk, and my day was pretty much shot. Anybody need a sweet young pitbull?!! she gets along with my 10lb and 20lb dogs. I just can't keep her. Ill post a pic later, of the dog and maybe, A NEW TAG!!!
Okay, thread Hijack.
I've got to find this dog a home. I didn't get the tag yesterday because she followed me home and she really needed a friend. She has been very sweet to my 12 year old terrier/chihuahua and my 14 year old rat/jack terrier. Has been fine in the kennel and is very personable. Shes pretty small and will come with all of her shots and will be fixed. so if you guys and gals know anybody who may want her, please send them my way. hijack over...well, heres some pics...

Got it...right next to the torch statue on 75/85 and the end, or begining of 3rd street. The wisdom comes from georgia tech.

Wait for it...wait for it....
There once was an old grumpy man named Joe
Who was definitely a female bikers foe
He had this crazy, glittered up '70s KZ
That he always swore women would want to see
Mark and Dennis were fine guys
They both really liked the CB 5's
Their intown shop now houses a bar
But most regulars drive their car
This shot is taken in the back
Where lots of locals go to smoke their crack
So hold on to your sparkplugs!!

Hey Hardwaregrrl, maybe another clue, I got out for a ride all afternoon intown. Did not have any luck finding your tag, I live intown but I don't smoke crack so i'm not sure where those crackheads are hanging out. Might try again in the morning before the rain sets in. Steve
Hey Drsmiley, the crack head thing isn't really part of the clue. I just thought it was funny because of the amount of broken lighters in the lot. look deeper, where the east winds blow and ask some locals that know atlanta motorcycle shop lore...and where the dead ones rest.
Hmm...I've never been in back, so I'm not sure it's the place I'm thinking of. If it is I know a guy who worked there before it was the shop you speak of, which'll be a great story.
If I'm right I only went in that place once for parts, many years ago. It was a cool shop.
Gotta get some sleep so I can ride tomorrow.
Not easy but it came to me in my sleep. Good one. No crack heads but some crack rats.
A good place to see Uranus on a clear night!
Don't get this facility, built in the 1960's, confused with it's newer sister project, or you'll be lost in the forest.
Hey Chunt, gotta tell the folks where you found the tag!!!
Oh sorry. It's in East Atlanta behind the Graveyard Tavern off Glenwood Rd. My sister in laws neighbor owns that place. Good burgers and fine beers.
Nice job Chris!
Thanks Patty. This is fun.
Trying to figure out somewhere to head tomorrow. Steven's got his 990 down here and we want to do a nice day trip and still be home for supper. Any suggestions? My puny KLR just doesn't pull the big miles like his KTM, so big chunks of slab isn't preferred (for me anyway).
