I've changed my eating lifestyle to Paleo-Vegan (vegan + seafood) and in the process im down 44lbs since almost 3 months ago.. I got eye surgery this month in both eyes.. so no more coke bottle glasses..
So mexican food, besides refried beans, is not on my most preferred restaurant styles .. Crystal Rivers is still good for me.
But since you guys have motor-sykels and i don't, i really shouldn't be asking for a change...
I ll have to stop by one week to say hi..

Good for you jeepgeek! That's seriously great that you have the discipline to be able to stick to it and lose that much weight. Personally, I cave at the first sight of guacamole and a margarita, so admire your fortitude. Maybe grilled fish tacos, light on the sauce, next meeting.

What about the "other" eye? I thought you were getting the other one done a few weeks ago? And you are not supposed to eat steak (or seafood) if you are going to become a vegan. :deal :dukegirl But it sounds like you are doing great as far as breaking the barrier and into the light-heavyweight category. :evil Congrats!

Sorry, just looked at post that was added earlier. There are sick people that would take the time to write a fake news article like that. I hope he gets better!
